Because of the delay in introducing the budget, the Township Committee unanimously approved a resolution determining that the tax bills for the third installment of taxes will be sent out as soon as possible.
According to the resolution, the taxes will not be subject to interest until Aug. 10, or 25 days after the date the estimated tax bills were mailed.
