100% OCCUPANCY AT 1060 STATE ROAD AND 902 CARNEGIE CENTER

Princeton, N.J., September 2010 – Brisk office and retail leasing totaling 48,557 square feet boosts occupancy within Hilton Realty Co.’s portfolio and brings 1060 State Road and 902 Carnegie Center in Princeton, NJ to 100% occupancy.
902 Carnegie Center reached 100% occupancy with the signing of two new leases totaling 9,928 square feet.  Goldberg Segalla, an existing tenant at the building, expanded by 5,042 square feet for a total of 12,667 square feet and Idis Pharma leased 4,886 square feet.  Idis Pharma is a UK based consulting company, that partners with pharmaceutical and biotech firms, connecting them with pharmacists and physicians, to help patients with unmet medical needs around the world. 
Telesto Group committed to 3,533 square feet of newly renovated office space at 1060 State Road to accommodate its expansion requirement.  Telesto Group provides commercial and Dept of Defense entities with program management consulting, business transformation services and SAP technical expertise around complex and integrated processes. The lease brings the building to 100% occupancy.  Telesto’s current space at 1 Airport Place will be backfilled by Simple Solve.  Simple Solve expanded by 1,824 square feet for a total of 3,409 square feet.  Simple Solve provides software solutions and implementation to the insurance industry. 
On the retail front, Hilton Realty Co. LLC signed Tuesday Morning for 8,219 square feet and ALOHA Mind Math for 1,007 square feet at Montgomery Shopping Center in Skillman, NJ.  ALOHA celebrated the grand opening of its new after school tutoring center at Montgomery Shopping Center in August and Tuesday Morning is scheduled to open in early 2011.  Tuesday Morning is a leading closeout retailer of upscale, decorative home accessories, housewares and famous-maker gifts in the United States.  The Company opened its first store in 1974 and currently operates approximately 852 stores in 43 states. 
Other new leases include:
·        Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (FDIC) leased 9,974 square feet and Dumond Chemicals took 2,445 square feet of renovated office space at 104 Interchange Plaza in Monroe, NJ. 
 
·        Advantage Engineering Associates leased 4,837 square feet of office space at 101 Interchange Plaza in Cranbury, NJ.  The leased area was designed and built to accommodate AEA’s specific requirements and the building underwent interior and exterior renovations in 2009.
·        Two new retail stores joined the mix at Pennington Shopping Center in Pennington, NJ.  Salon by Kathryn Getty took 1,606 square feet and All About Birds leased 1,215 square feet.
·        Snap Fitness committed to 3,969 square feet of retail space for a new gym at Princeton Arms Center, located on Old Trenton Road in West Windsor, NJ.
