TRENTON – Mercer County Ice Skating Rink in Mercer County Park in West Windsor will be closed temporarily in order to repair a maintenance problem that is preventing the ice from fully freezing.
A leak in one of the lines has caused the pumps to automatically shut down as they are meant to do in case of a leak, and the maintenance team at the rink is working to make necessary repairs, according to a county press release
The rink hotline, (609) 371-1669, will be updated to inform the public when the rink will reopen, and Mercer County’s website will also post updates. Local hockey teams that utilize the rink have been informed.
The Mercer County Park Commission said it appreciates its customers’ patience.
