‘I never could fathom the intense passion inspired by the Dinky, which, in my opinion, is a flawed heavy rail service — flawed in its infrastructure and flawed in its scheduling … Replacing it should be a light rail or trolley system that is more efficient and functional by continually running (no set schedule) and with a PATH train token/turnstyle system.’
