Join the Friends of the Lawrence Nature Center for a January Full Hike in Drexel Woods! Will the resident great horned owls be hooting their familiar ‘who, who, who, who’ for us to hear as we quietly walk the forest, lit only by the glowing rays of a waxing full moon? Chillu temperature and snowfall will only enhancaea the experience of walking along the trails of Drexel Woods aat night with Lawrence Naature Center’s volunteer naturalist.
Bundle up and join us for a one hour hike along the trails system. We will return to the nature center and warm up with hot chocolate and dice and hopefully, some great satories to share in the warmth of the cozy Lawrence Nature Center.
Meet at the Lawrence Nature Center, Saturday, January 7th, 2012 and will be from 7:00 pm to approximately 8:00 pm. Children must be accompanied by an adult. Dress appropriately for the weather conditions, boots are highly recommended.
