STOCKTON — Neal Esposito and Kathryn Steffanelli took their oaths of office for three-year terms as members of the Stockton Borough Council at the borough’s annual reorganization meeting Jan. 3.
Council appointments made during the reorganization session were:
— Buildings and Grounds — Aaron Lipsen (chairman), Neal Esposito and Tim Nemeth.
— Finance — Kate Steffanelli (chairwoman), Nic Messina and Michael Hagerty.
— Personnel/Shared Services — Mr. Hagerty (chairman), Mr. Messina and Steve Giocondo.
— Parks/Recreation — Mr. Lipsen (chairman), Ms. Steffanelli and Mr. Nemeth.
— Sewer/Water — Mr. Messina (chairman) and Mr. Hagerty.
— Streets & Roads — Mr. Esposito (chairman), Mr. Nemeth and Mr. Giocondo.
— Public Safety — Mr. Nemeth (chairman), Mr. Esposito and Mr. Giocondo.
Appointments to boards and commissions included:
— Planning Board — Michael Hagerty (Class III) for one year.
— Environmental Commission — Terry Slemmer (three years); Edie Sharp (alternate, two years).
