This panorama of Thomas Clarke’s Farm was taken c. 1890 from a point just west of the current Battlefield Park, looking south. The large barn is no longer standing. The Quaker Meeting House, clearly visible from the Battlefield in 1777, is just out of frame on the right-hand side. It was from the woods south of these buildings that the Americans emerged to attack the British after routing Mercer’s Brigade.
