Loretta R. (Regan) Anan

Mrs. Anan, 75, formerly of Colonia, died Nov. 24, 2012, at home, in Iselin. Born in Jersey City, she lived in Colonia for 48 years before moving to Iselin a year and a half ago. Retiring in 2005, she was employed as an administrative worker with the Woodbridge Board of Education for 20 years. She was a member of the St. John Vianney Roman Catholic Church and St. John Vianney Seniors in Colonia, the San Salvador Senior Citizens group in Perth Amboy, and the American Irish Association of Woodbridge. She was predeceased by her husband, Paul Anan, in 2004. She is survived by a daughter, Kim Ciraulo, of Kentucky; three sons, Jim Anan, and his wife, Ellie, of Livingston, Paul Anan, and his wife, Marie, of Fords, and Patrick Anan, and his wife, Claire, of West Orange; a sister, Pat Reilly; and six grandchildren. Funeral services were held at the Gerity & Chubenko Funeral Home, Woodbridge, followed by a Mass of Resurrection at St. John Vianney Roman Catholic Church, followed by interment at St. Gertrude Cemetery, Colonia.
