Princeton
A resident of Ewing Street reported that a woman’s Trek bicycle worth about $400 was stolen from the driveway in front of the house sometime between 5:30 p.m. and 7:02 p.m. on June 27.
A resident of Rodney Court reported that someone broke into his or her home through a window by removing the window’s screen sometime during the night on June 28. Police said it was unknown if anything was missing from the home at the time of the report.
A resident of Haslet Avenue reported that someone broke into his or her home by breaking a basement window sometime during the night on June 28. Police said the victim was determining what was missing from the home at the time of the report.
A victim reported that his or her $600 iPhone was stolen while he or she was eating dinner at a restaurant on Witherspoon Street on June 30 at 4:43 p.m.
Delvin Arnold, 48, of Newark, was charged with having an active warrant for $89 out of Monroe Township after being pulled over on Route 206 near Jefferson Road on June 30 at 11:25 a.m.
Kevin Brommer, 29, of Somerset, was charged with having an active warrant for $114 out of Princeton after being pulled over on North Harrison Street on June 30 at 9:41 a.m.
Kathryn Stewart, 29, of Princeton, was charged with having an active warrant for $150 out of Princeton after being pulled over on Tulane Street on July 1 at 4:15 p.m.
A 10-year-old Princeton juvenile was charged with stealing about $17 in cash from someone’s wallet at the Community Park Pool on Witherspoon Street on July 3 at 3:13 p.m. The juvenile was released to a guardian at the scene.
Ernst Delma, 30, of Princeton, was charged with serving alcohol to minors and Kairi Aeriel, 18, of Princeton, was charged with underage possession of alcohol during a pedestrian stop on Nassau Street near Maple Street on July 4 at 8:26 p.m.
A resident of Linden Lane reported that someone went in the house and stole cash from his or her dresser and then went into his or her unlocked car that was parked in the driveway and took more cash sometime during the night on July 3. The total amount of stolen money was less than $100, police said.
Anthony Garnett, 40, of Philadelphia, was charged with having a total of $401 in several active warrants after being pulled over on Route 206 near Mountain Avenue on July 5 at 9:55 a.m.
Javier Padilla, 25, of Princeton, was charged with defiant trespass and disorderly conduct at Mercer Street residence on July 5 at 2:02 a.m.
Kenneth Nwachukwu, 18, of Princeton, was charged with having an active warrant out of Princeton at the Princeton University Public Safety Headquarters on Elm Drive on July 6 at 7:44 p.m. He was later taken to the Mercer County Corrections in Hopewell in default of bail.
Nicole Dupell, 34, of Trenton, was charged with having an active warrant for $504 out of Camden after being pulled over on Alexander Street on July 7 at 2:19 p.m.
West Windsor
Ruchit Mehta, 26, of Lawrenceville, was charged with driving while intoxicated on Route 1 near Alexander Road on July 7 at 6:30 a.m. Police said he also received numerous motor vehicle summonses, which included speeding.
A 30-year-old West Windsor resident reported her family’s iPod Touch was stolen when they left it Panera Bread in the Nassau Park Retail Center sometime between 8:15 a.m. and 9:30 p.m. on July 5. The victim said her 3-year-old daughter had been playing with it at Panera while they were eating and they had realized it was missing later that night.
Trenton residents Britany Gordan, 20, Rhonda Lewis, 40, and a 12-year-old juvenile were charged with working together to steal $543.34 worth of clothes from Kohl’s in the Nassau Park Retail Center on July 1 at 2:31 p.m.
The Walmart in the Nassau Park Retail Center reported that three female suspects stole $240 worth of merchandise before being chased on foot by Walmart Loss Prevention and heading toward Target on July 5 at 2:54 p.m.
A Plainsboro resident reported her car was broken into and her purse was stolen during a struggle with a suspect in the parking lot of Sam’s Club in the Nassau Park Retail Center on July 5 at 11:52 a.m. The victim reportedly suffered a laceration to her finger during the struggle and was treated at the scene by the West Windsor EMS. Police said two witnesses were identified at the scene and a potential suspect has been identified.
Plainsboro
Yoghari G. Sagastume, 31, of Clifton, was charged with driving while intoxicated on Schalks Crossing Road on July 4 at 11:59 p.m. He also received summonses for reckless driving, maintenance of lamps, failure to maintain a lane, failure to dim high beams and following too closely.
Solomon S. Seisay, 54, of Monmouth Junction, was charged with having an active criminal warrant for $325 out of New Brunswick after being pulled over on Route 1 on July 4 at 7:53 p.m. He also received a summons for talking on a cellular telephone while driving.
A resident of Dey Road reported that a resident of Santa Rosa, Fla., charged $252.61 via the Internet to his or her credit card account without his or her permission on May 24.
A resident of Hampshire Drive reported fraud after allegedly being hired by an online employer, who sent him or her a fraudulent check for $4,000 sometime between noon on June 6 and 11:30 a.m. on June 27. The victim said he or she deposited the check into his or her personal account and was notified by the bank that the check was fake and that he or she owed the bank $4,000.
Fred Moncion, 33, of Elizabeth, was charged with driving while intoxicated on Route 1 on July 1. He also received summonses for reckless driving, unlicensed driver, speeding and failure to produce documents.
Carlsen A. Barnett, 29, of Morrisville, Pa., was charged with driving while intoxicated and having one active warrant out of Trenton and two active warrants out of Hamilton totaling $1,530 after being pulled over on Route 1 on July 4 at 3:06 a.m. He also received summonses for reckless driving, careless driving, speeding and driving with a suspended driver’s license.
