This year two young ladies shared the title of Miss 4th of July at the Titusville parade. Shown at left is Jessica Gruner, of Washington Avenue. She will attend Rowan University in the fall and major in education. Sarah Pfaff (right), of Pleasant Valley Road, will attend Rutgers University, where she will major in environmental science. Both are 2013 HVCHS graduates.
