CLINTON, N.J. (July 23, 2013) – Unity Bank has opened a residential mortgage sales office at 89 U.S. Route 46 West in Elmwood Park, Bergen County. Based in Hunterdon County, the leased space represents Unity’s first presence in northern New Jersey.
“The demand for our residential mortgage products has been steadily increasing in Northern New Jersey so we are definitely expanding into new areas,” said Unity Bank President & CEO James A. Hughes. “We consider Bergen County an underserved part of the state when it comes to residential mortgages and see great opportunities for our business because of the value of the homes, the need for large loan amounts and the overall population density.”
Unity Bank Residential Mortgage Loan Officer Pat Grande joined the bank earlier this year and will be leading the Elmwood Park Office. Grande has more than 18 years of mortgage industry experience and earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance from Rider University. Grande can be reached at the Elmwood Park office at (908) 268-7411 or [email protected].
