Police charged Gregory Brown, 34, of Westampton, for driving while intoxicated Nov. 6.
According to police, a car driven by Mr. Brown was seen failing to maintain a lane on Route 130, prompting a motor vehicle stop. An ensuing search of the vehicle revealed pills without a valid prescription.
Mr. Brown was also charged with careless driving, reckless driving, having a controlled dangerous substance in a motor vehicle and failure to maintain a lane.
He was released without bail.
Nov. 7 police charged Heather Homan, 33, of Jamesburg, for narcotics possession.
According to police, a car driven by Ms. Homan was seen traveling on I-195 with a brake light out, prompting a motor vehicle stop in the area of exit 8. An ensuing search of the vehicle revealed a small amount of oxycodone, several hypodermic needles and drug paraphernalia.
Ms. Homan was charged with possession of oxycodone, hypodermic needles and drug paraphernalia.
She was released without bail.
Nov. 8 police charged Cyara Griffin, 21, of Jackson, for possession of hypodermic needles.
According to police, a car was seen traveling on I-195 with a license plate light out, prompting a motor vehicle stop near exit 8. An ensuing search of the vehicle revealed two hypodermic needles.
The accused was released without bail.
Police are investigating a theft on Ivanhoe Drive, which is believed to have occurred between 10:30 a.m. and 11 a.m. on Nov. 6.
According to police, the victim reported unknown person(s) had stolen landscape equipment including two weed hackers and two leaf blowers from a trailer in front of their residence.
The value of the equipment is $2,200, police said.
