Hillsborough Paramount athletes enjoyed a busy couple of weeks of USA Gymnastics competition.
The girls competed at the Twilight Knight Meet on March 8-9 at Rutgers.
In Level 7, Emma Thompson, competing in the 12-year-old age group, captured second place on bars (9.1), 5th on beam (8.925) and 4th place all around with a score of 36.475.
Haley Mandell, another 12 year old, took fourth place on bars with a score of 8.95.
Stella Pashaian, a 13-and-old age group gymnast, celebrated fourth-place finishes on bars (8.65) and beam (8.825) and finished 6th place all around with 35.525.
At Level 8, Kelly Brady placed third on beam (8.875) and Cindy Liu took 5th place allaround with 35.25.
At Level 8-9 States, also held a Rutgers, Paramount gymnasts Cindy Lui and Sarah Pallay qualified for regionals.
The Level 7 girls headed to Rebound Gymnastics in Marlboro on April 6 for their second sectional meet. Samantha Ringel scored fourth on beam (9.275), fifth on vault (9.25) and seventh all around with 36.4.
The girls enjoyed success on bars with Jordyn Bell capturing second with 9.275, Stella Pashaian third at 9.0 and Emma Thompson fifth with a 8.925. The Level 7 girls will finish out the season with state meet April 26-27.
