Middle School custodian Bronek Pamieta is the school district’s Educational Support Professional of the Year, as selected by the Hillsborough Education Association.
The award recognizes the role these professionals perform in the school community. Each year, colleagues nominate ESP staff members.
Throughout the course of his 20-year career at the Hillsborough Middle School, Mr. Pamieta has distinguished himself as a respected and dedicated member of the school community, said a release from the HEA. Mr. Pamieta volunteered his weekend to assist a teacher and students with planting gardens at the school — one of the countless examples of the dedication and professionalism he brings to work each day.
"At my school and throughout the Hillsborough school district, Bronek Pamieta has distinguished himself among all of our wonderful educational support staff as someone who takes the initiative, attends to every detail and cares deeply for his community and all those who count on him to help," said Hillsborough Middle School Principal Joseph Trybulski. "Our success is in no small measure a product of his dedication and contribution."
