HAMILTON: Nonprofit brings offices to Ibis Plaza

HAMILTON — Progressive Center for Independent Living recently signed a lease at Ibis Plaza Office Suites.
The nonprofit organization will rent 2,140 square feet in a long-term lease starting Oct. 1.
Scott Elliott, executive director, was pleased to sign a lease at Ibis and said, "As a nonprofit organization that works with individuals with disabilities, we need to ensure our consumers have unimpeded access to our center to receive their critically needed services. We have been able to work with Ibis Management, Christopher Jerjian and Ellen Dollard, and the George Geiger property management team to proactively address any issues and to make sure the facility meets the needs of individuals with disabilities."
Mr. Elliott continued, "Another factor in our decision to rent at Ibis was that they found a location outside our suite to store our training equipment and wheelchairs that are only used occasionally. We are also able to hold various meetings and conferences right at Ibis in their new Ibis Venue Center."
Progressive Center for Independent Living has been empowering the lives of people living with disabilities since 1996 and offers advocacy assistance, information and referral services, emergency preparedness training, transition services for students, community opportunities, and independent life skills training.
Ibis Plaza Office Suites, a class B office building, has been providing office space for over 30 years. For leasing information, contact Ellen Dollard, director of leasing at Ibis Plaza LLC, at 609-588-6900 ext. 103 or at [email protected].
