Princeton 

    Gary Kehoe, 23, of Freehold, was arrested at 1:50 a.m. Jan. 31 and charged with criminal mischief after he allegedly damaged the gate arm of the Spring Street Municipal Garage by driving his pickup truck through the gate arm and exiting the garage without paying for parking. 
    Charity Sayles, 54, of Stockton, was arrested at 6:03 p.m. Feb. 1 and charged with shoplifting after she allegedly stole $200 worth of merchandise from a Palmer Square West business. 
    Aretha Douglas, 42, of Trenton, was arrested at 2:21 a.m. Feb. 1 on a Florence Township Municipal Court warrant in the amount of $164 after police pulled her over on Stockton Street. 
West Windsor 

    Deyron J. Gay, 25, of Hamilton, and Jamal R. Rowell, 29, of Trenton, were arrested at 12:50 p.m. Jan. 26 at Target. Mr. Rowell was wanted by the Mercer County Sheriff’s Office for failure to pay child support and had numerous outstanding warrants from various jurisdictions totaling approximately $18,000. Mr. Gay was charged with shoplifting. 
    Kimberley A. Strong, 37, of Trenton, was arrested at 7:28 p.m. Jan. 27 and charged with possession of marijuana under 50 grams after being pulled over for several traffic infractions on Route 1. 
    Someone attempted to fraudulently open several credit card accounts in a 40-year-old West Windsor resident’s name. One successful attempt was made online through PayPal and the account was charged approximately $1,600. 
    Suzanne K. Larson, 34, of Gloucester City, was arrested at 11:18 a.m. Jan. 28 and charged with shoplifting at Rite Aid after allegedly consuming one bag of Doritos, one bag of almonds and one Diet Coke without having the means to pay. 
    Dale C. Hofmann, 28, of Trenton, was arrested at 1:10 p.m. Jan. 28 and charged with shoplifting at Kohl’s after taking several pieces of apparel from the store and completing a fraudulent transaction to receive a store credit for $135.96 for the items. 
    An iPad mini and black leather case worth $420 were stolen from a shopping cart in the Wegman’s parking lot at 12:30 p.m. Jan. 27. 
    Jenea S. Jones, 37, of Trenton, was arrested at 8 p.m. Jan. 28 at Rite Aid and charged with conspiracy and attempt to obtain possession of a prescription legend drug by fraud after she allegedly tried to obtain 120 Oxycodone pills with a fraudulent prescription. Further investigation revealed others were involved in the incident. Police stopped the suspect vehicle on Route 1 and arrested Douglas W. Mathias, 49, of Trenton, and charged him with conspiracy. Ruthie Marie King, 27, of Trenton, was arrested and charged with conspiracy and attempt to obtain possession of a prescription legend drug by fraud. Robert L. Brooks, 49, of Trenton, was arrested and charged with possession of a controlled dangerous substance (cocaine) and possession of marijuana under 50 grams. He was also a wanted fugitive. Sara M. Chianese, 27, of Yardville, was arrested as a wanted fugitive. 
    Todd A. Mayes, 35, of Belmar, was arrested at 2:42 a.m. Jan. 29 and charged with drunken driving, reckless driving, careless driving and driving with an open container of alcohol after he was involved in a car accident with another vehicle on Route 1 at Harrison Street. 
    Michael Wesley Martin Jr., 22, of Trenton, was arrested in the lobby of West Windsor Police Department headquarters after he provided police with a fraudulent motor vehicle insurance card while attempting to have his vehicle released from impound at 4:36 p.m. Jan. 29. 
