Hector L. Rodriguez, 21, of Somerset, was charged with possession of less than 50 grams of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia at 2:46 a.m. June 17. He was the rear seat passenger in a car that was stopped within the travel lane of George Davison Road, with its hazard lights activated. A police officer discovered Mr. Rodriguez had marijuana in his possession when he stopped to investigate the disabled car.
Eric D. Jacobs, 46, of Phippsburg, Maine, was charged with driving while intoxicated, reckless driving, failure to maintain lane and use of a cellular phone without a hands-free device at 1:46 a.m. June 16 after he was observed driving erratically on Route 1.
Corina D. Sanchez, 23, of Analomink, Pennsylvania., was charged with speeding, possession of a controlled dangerous substance in a motor vehicle, possession of less than 50 grams of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia, and being a fugitive from justice at 1:46 a.m. June 11 after she was stopped for speeding on Scudders Mill Road. She was found to be a “wanted person” in the State of New York, and was taken to the Middlesex County Adult Correctional Center to await extradition to New York.
