Lt. Christopher H. Kascik of the Hopewell Township Police Department reported:
Aug. 7 at 1:30 p.m., Officer Nicholas Sparaco stopped a vehicle on Pennington Road for a traffic violation (a suspended license).
A passenger in the vehicle, Adrienne A Ervine, 25, of Sullivan Way in Ewing had a warrant for her arrest from Hopewell Township. She was released after posting bail.

Aug. 6, Officer Alexis Mirra met with employees of the Hopewell Borough Public Works Department, who found a motorcycle in a wooded area in Hopewell Borough park.
The motorcycle was stolen from a barn at a residence on East Prospect Street sometime during the past week, police said.
The bike was returned to its owner. The investigation is ongoing.

Officer Robert Voorhees met with the victim of a burglary and theft that occurred on Sioux Road on Aug. 9.
The victim reported someone had entered his vehicle overnight and removed $20 and a phone charger.
Police are reminding everyone to lock their cars at all times when not driving them.

Aug. 17 at 9:30 a.m., Officer Mirra was sent to a business on Reed Road on a report of a burglary and theft that occurred in the past few days.
The victim stated someone had entered his trailer forcibly and stolen various pieces of landscaping equipment valued at $1,340.
The investigation is ongoing with the assistance of Detective Frank Tulko.

Aug. 14 at 9 a.m., Officer Voorhees met with a victim from Valley Road, who reported the theft of “Stop the Pipeline” signs from her property.
The victim stated that sometime between Aug. 11 and Aug. 14, someone stole four signs from her property. The signs were valued at $40.
This is one of many thefts of the same type of protest signs that have been reported in the area in the past few weeks in Hopewell and West Amwell townships.
Anyone who may have witnessed any suspicious activities involving the signs is asked to call the police station.

Aug. 13 at 7:40 p.m., Lt. Kascik and Officer James Rosso arrested Joseph G. Goodhouse, 64, at his residence on North Greenwood Avenue after he failed to appear in Hopewell Borough Municipal Court on several outstanding charges.
He was taken to the Mercer County Correctional Center in default of $3,000 full cash bail.

Aug. 7 at 3:57 a.m., Sgt. Kevin Zorn stopped a 2005 Dodge Durango on Route 546 near Jacobs Creek Road for a motor vehicle violation (a brake lamp was out).
A passenger, Chandra D. McMillion, 37, of Edgewood Avenue, Trenton, had multiple warrants for her arrest from seven different municipalities, police said. She also falsely identified herself on several occasions to Sgt. Zorn before her true identity was learned, police said.
She was turned over to the Lambertville Police Department in default of $3,000 bail after being charged with hindering apprehension.

Saturday at 7 a.m., Officer William Gaskill responded to a residence on Benjamin Trail to meet with a victim who was reporting criminal mischief to his residence.
The victim stated that sometime overnight, someone threw a beer bottle through the front window of his house.
The investigation is ongoing.

Sunday at 1:10 a.m., Officer George Peterson stopped a 2012 Hyundai on Bear Tavern Road for speeding, 60 mph in a 45-mph zone.
The driver, Christopher L. Lenkowski, 24, of Gary Terrace, West Chester, Pennsylvania, had a small amount of marijuana in the vehicle, police said.
He was charged with possession of marijuana and released without bail.

Aug. 13 at 11 p.m., Officer Mark Panzano charged Steven C. Conn, 44, of River Road, Titusville, with drunken driving and reckless driving after he stopped him on Route 546 near Jacobs Creek Road.
Mr. Conn was released to a friend.
