Hillsborough Township Public Schools have scheduled back-to-school nights for the early school year. Times will be publicized soon.
At the elementary level, teachers use the night to review plans and expectations with parents, who also have an opportunity to get an overview of the school and what goes on during the year.
In the upper grades, parents run through the student’s schedule and get an overview from the teachers on expectations for the year.
Sunnymead Elementary will have its night before school starts on Thursday, Sept. 3. The dates are Tuesday, Sept. 1, for grades K-2, and Wednesday, Sept. 2, for grades 3 and 4.
The rest of the schedule:
— High school (grades 9-12): Thursday, Sept. 17.
— Middle school: Wednesday, Sept. 16, for grade 7 and Wednesday, Sept. 30, for grade 8.
— Auten Road lntermediate: Thursday, Sept. 24, for grade 5 and Thursday, Oct. 1, for grade 6;
— Amsterdam Elementary (K-4): Wednesday, Sept. 9.
— Hillsborough Elementary: Tuesday, Sept. 8, for grade K-2, and Wednesday, Sept. 9, for grades 3 and 4.
— Triangle Elementary (pre-K to 4): Thursday, Sept. 3.
— Woodfern Elementary: Tuesday, Sept. 8, for grade K-2 and Wednesday, Sept. 9, for grades 3 and 4.
— Woods Road Elementary: Thursday, Sept. 10 for grades K-2, and Tuesday, Sept. 15, for pre-K, and grades 3 and 4.
