To the editor:
Hillsborough Township continues to excel over other towns in our county. We have an excellent parks and recreation system. We have a wide variety of businesses, as well as many beautiful neighborhoods and homes. Township government has not only kept a lid on new spending, it has actually cut spending.
Of course, as we all know, we can proudly say that we continue to be rated as one of the best places to live in the entire country. Clearly, the standard of living in Hillsborough is very high.
This is due in no small part to the efforts of Deputy Mayor Greg Burchette, Committeeman Carl Suraci, and our Republican-led Township Committee. They have a track record of providing excellent leadership. They are experienced, knowledgeable, accomplished, and know what is needed to be successful. They have shown that they can do the job well, and there should be no doubt that Hillsborough would benefit from their re-election. I urge voters to support them this November.
