MONROE – Spotswood-Englishtown Road will be milled between Tenth Avenue and North State Home Road on Aug. 23 and 24.
The work will take place between 7 a.m. and 3 p.m.
Residents should expect delays and try to plan an alternate route, according to a statement prepared by the Monroe Township Police Department.
