The Sayreville Public Library, Washington Road, will host a program titled “First-Time Homebuyers Information Session” 6:30-8 p.m. Oct. 26.
Mortgage banker Paul Pernicone of AnnieMac Home Mortgage and Marie Alfano of REMAX Central will host the session. Audience members will learn about loan programs for first-time and low-to-moderate income homebuyers. The prequalification process also will be discussed. A CPA, an insurance broker, a financial planner and an attorney will be on hand to assist.
