Hallmark’s ‘Heavenly Christmas’ premieres Nov. 26;

USA Network’s ‘Shooter’ to debut following delay

Acclaimed actors Kristin Davis, Eric McCormack and Shirley MacLaine star in the new original Hallmark Hall of Fame film, A Heavenly Christmas, premiering exclusively on Hallmark Channel — Saturday, Nov. 26 at 8 p.m. The film will be a featured part of Hallmark Channel’s annual Countdown to Christmas event, celebrating the 65th anniversary of the acclaimed Hallmark Hall of Fame, the longest and most award-winning series in the history of television.

Heavenly Christmas is an upbeat and inspiring romantic comedy about a young woman (Davis) who is plucked out of her life just a moment too soon, and is led by her guardian angel (MacLaine) on a journey of what her life could have been. As a Christmas angel in heaven, Eve is assigned the task of helping a struggling singer (McCormack).

After delaying the original July timing, USA Network will premiere its new conspiracy thriller Shooter on Tuesday, Nov.15 at 10 p.m. The series stars Ryan Phillippe and is based on the best-selling novel Point of Impact by Stephen Hunter and the subsequent 2007 Paramount film which starred Mark Wahlberg. The story follows the courageous journey of Bob Lee Swagger (Phillippe), a highly-decorated ex-marine sniper who is coaxed back into action after he learns about a plot to kill the President. When Swagger’s former commanding officer Isaac Johnson (Omar Epps) solicits his expertise in a clandestine operation, he re-emerges from exile only to discover that he is inextricably involved in a disastrous operation with ties to his past.

The second season of Lovesick premieres Tuesday, Nov. 17 on Netflix. Starring Johnny Flynn, Antonia Thomas and Daniel Ings, this is a delightful and fun romantic comedy, consisting of eight episodes and involves lots of stories between lots of people.
