Edison Cub Scout Pack 66, with some help from friends and family, conducted a graffiti and general cleanup Oct. 11 in the area surrounding the Amtrak overpass on Evergreen Road and Route 27 in Edison. This was the second cleanup that the pack will participate in.
On June 9, with the support of the Edison Police Department, the Township Council, Mayor Jun Choi and the Department of Health and Human Services, Pack 66 conducted a graffiti cleanup on the Department of Transportation’s Amboy Avenue overpass.
On July 8, the Scouts were recognized by the Township Council with a resolution that acknowledged their efforts and desire to plan future improvements.
