The Applegarth Volunteer Engine Company No. 1 Ladies Auxiliary will host its fundraising All-You-Can-Eat Pancake Breakfast 8-11:30 a.m. March 26 at the firehouse, 130 Applegarth Road, Monroe.
The menu will include pancakes, eggs, bacon, sausage, bagels, fresh fruit, coffee, tea and juice.
Admission is $10 for adults, $6 for children under age 12. Half of the proceeds from the event will be donated to Womenspace Shelter, Lawrenceville section of Lawrence. Donations of toiletries, linens, pajamas, slippers, towels and infant items also are sought for the shelter.
