Parents of all eligible Sayreville preschool and kindergarten students are invited to visit the Sayreville Public Schools website, www.sayrevillek12.net, to register for Project Before Preschool or the full-day kindergarten program via InfoSnap online-registration software. The registration link may be found by clicking on Student Registration and then InfoSnap New Student Registration for 2017-18. Parent Letters should be reviewed for more information and detailed instructions.
Students entering kindergarten must be 5 years old on or before Sept. 30, 2017. Students entering preschool must be 3 years old on or before Sept. 30. An appointment to register a child will be made upon completion of the paperwork.
The following documents and/or information must be presented when registering:
• child’s certified, original birth certificate, passport or other official document indicating age;
• updated immunization record in English with child’s name, doctor or clinic name and month, date and year of shots (see website for list of required immunizations);
• a copy of the child’s most recent physical examination.
The school nurse will review all health-related documents and advise parents of additional needs. Registration will not be completed until all required documents have been submitted.
