The Fitness and Wellness Expo Central NJ 2017 will be held from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. on April 1 at Linwood Middle School, 25 Linwood Place, North Brunswick.
The expo is designed to attract businesses, services, product professionals, health practitioners, wellness-oriented medical doctors, chiropractors, natural chefs, massage therapists, nutritionists, naturopaths, psychologists and fitness experts, along with health-conscious consumers, from children to seniors.
Currently on the schedule is Stretch and Flex at 11:30 a.m., women’s self defense at 12:30 p.m., cardio kickboxing at 1 p.m., boot camp blast at 2 p.m. and Zumba at 2:30 p.m.
Tickets are $10 for the public.
Tent space, vendor tables, seminar slots, fitness class times and sponsorship are available for $50-$199.
