‘Orchestra of Exiles’ screening scheduled

To commemorate Yom HaShoah, also known as Holocaust and Heroism Remembrance Day, a screening of “Orchestra of Exiles” by Academy Award-nominated director Josh Aronson will be shown at 1:15 p.m. April 29 at the Jewish Community Center of Middlesex County, 1775 Oak Tree Road, Edison.

The film depicts the dramatic story of Bronislaw Huberman, the celebrated Polish violinist who rescued some of the world’s greatest musicians from Nazi Germany and then created one of the world’s greatest orchestras.
