Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage Cares, the philanthropic arm of Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage in New Jersey and Rockland County, N.Y., is holding the second annual Cares Cup fundraising event at the Meadowlands Racetrack to benefit local charities.
The Cares Cup event will feature an open bar, heavy hors d’oeuvres, a cash raffle, casino games for chances at hundreds of gift baskets and a silent auction for a wealth of items, all in support of great community causes. Individual tickets are $100 and on sale at www.thecarescup.com. There are additional sponsorship opportunities at the site.
The event will take place at 6:30 p.m. on Sept. 15 at Meadowlands Racing and Entertainment, 1 Racetrack Drive, East Rutherford.
The funds raised through this event will enable Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage to support 10 charities doing important work in local communities. These include the 200 Club of Union County, CASA (Court Appointed Special Advocates), Children’s Aid and Family Services, Holiday Express, HomeFront, Liam’s Room, Morris Habitat for Humanity, PanCAN (Pancreatic Cancer Action Network), Table to Table and United Hospice of Rockland. Last year, the Cares Cup raised $100,000, which was distributed to local charities.
