Division III Player of the Week


Middlesex County College catcher Morgan Widener, of Monroe, was the national Division III Player of the Week for March 26-April 1 by the National Junior College Athletic Conference. In the six games the team played that week, Widener batted .476, going 10-21. She brought home 11 runs and scored eight of her own. Seven of her hits went for extra bases, including six doubles and a home run.
