Trial lawyer Rich Lomurro of the Lomurro Law Firm, Freehold Township, has published a new podcast called “Under Oath” which takes listeners inside famous cases with people who were in the courtroom. Lomurro interviews a special guest each week with a live audience in the firm’s mock courtroom.

On the first episode, Lomurro and attorney F. Lee Bailey discussed the 50th anniversary of a murder case that Bailey tried in Freehold. Bailey represented Dr. Carl Coppolino, who was accused of murdering his neighbor in Middletown. In the interview, Bailey recounted the story which involved a cheating husband, a jealous mistress, hypnotism and alleged drugging and suffocating.

The interview is split into two parts on the “Under Oath” podcast which is available on iTunes, Stitcher, Google Play and all major podcast players.

Episode two of “Under Oath” features Alan Dershowitz, who talks about his cases with Harry Reems, Claus Van Bulow, Mike Tyson and O.J. Simpson. Episode three features Dean Strang, a defense lawyer who represented Steven Avery in the Netflix series “Making a Murderer.”
