Samantha Clarke, a biology major from Howell who is a student at Coastal Carolina University, Conway, S.C., is teaching Myrtle Beach area elementary school and middle school students how to fish as part of a student organization called Carolina Kids Fish. The organization’s purpose is to educate school-aged children about fish identification, tying knots, casting, hook safety and environmental stewardship.
