The 18th annual Super Pet Expo will be held from 3-8 p.m. on April 13; from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. on April 14; and from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. on April 15 at the New Jersey Convention & Expo Center, 97 Sunfield Ave., Edison.
For the first time, there will be pigs from the Pig Placement Network taught to wave; cats from The International Cat Association that perform agility exercises; and hundreds of reptiles such as boas, pythons, bearded dragons, monitor lizards, skinks, turtles and tortoises, dart frogs and more with experts available to instruct visitors in their care and feeding in the Repticon area of the expo.
There will also be the Ultimate Air Dogs competition and a Best Dressed Pet competition on Saturday with pet fashion designer judges.
Admission is $13 for a one-day ticket for adults 12 and older, or $8 for a one-day ticket for children 4-11. A weekend pass for adults is $20 or $10 for children. Children 3 and younger are free, one per adult. Some events require additional fees.
Pets are welcome. Leashed pets admitted free; no retractable leashes.
