The East Brunswick Library will sponsor a workshop on college admissions and essay writing from 6-9 p.m. on June 21 at the library, 2 Jean Walling Civic Center, East Brunswick.
Led by Solution Prep, a New Jersey-based college and test prep service, the program is designed to help high school students and their parents navigate the critical essay-writing and college application process.
Topics include the most common application mistakes made by students, how to avoid picking the wrong essay topic and the various admissions deadlines.
The program is free and open to the public.
