Animal control officer incapable of any type of cruelty

First, I would like to say, that my Uncle Frank takes me with him to run his dogs. He teaches me how important it is to take good care of animals, how to feed and groom and love them, so they can share a happy and long life with their owner. I know it is hard to lose a pet after he or she becomes family.

If the state Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals (SPCA) took the time to know my uncle, it would know he is incapable of cruelty of any kind. In the future, I can only hope the SPCA will be more thorough in its investigating, so innocent people don’t get hurt unnecessarily.

Thank you for your time.
