Reina Renovations of Millstone Township has received four Award of Excellence remodeling project awards from CertainTeed, a producer of building products. The four New Jersey projects, completed between July and September 2018, were a 1917 farmhouse in Monroe Township; a 1965 home in need of energy efficient siding in Berkeley Heights; a 1958 home seeking an updated color scheme in Clark; and a home in Berkeley Heights that required new siding as a result of peeling paint. Reina Renovations, a CertainTeed 5-Star Siding Contractor, was founded by Chuck Reina.
Shore Builders Association of Central New Jersey honored 31 Gloria Nilson & Co. real estate sales associates for their 2018 sales acumen during the Fabulous Achievement in Marketing Excellence awards event at South Gate Manor, Freehold. Thirty-one award-winning sales associates from Gloria Nilson & Co. were honored by the association in two categories related to their achievements in new home sales, including the Million Dollar Club and the Realtor Circle of Honor. Gloria Nilson & Co. winners who took home honors for new home sales from the Feb. 28 event included: Silver ($2.5 to $5 million): the Merritt Real Estate Team, Millstone; Bronze ($1 to $2.5 million): Michele Neidle, Manalapan, and Matt Merritt/Michele Neidle, Millstone, Manalapan; Realtor Circle of Honor ($500,000 to $1 million): Sara Szemcsak, Manalapan. Gloria Nilson & Co. was also honored for Best Associate Member Marketing Strategy for the company’s recruiting campaign. The brokerage also earned the Best Associate Member Brochure award for the brokerage’s listing, South Beach at Long Branch luxury condominiums.
