St. Benedict School is offering two new summer camp programs for students interested in drama and STEM-related programs.
The drama camps will be held for different grade levels by week, starting with an introduction to drama for the younger grade school campers to more advanced acting and improvisational skills for the middle and high school campers. Directed by Mrs. Treglia and Ms. Reddan, both St. Benedict School grade school teachers and Drama Club chairs, this program offers a week filled with fun activities for those interested in acting and the arts. Each week will culminate with a performance showcasing the week’s work.
Drama camp is $250 per week, being offered June 24-28, July 8-12, and July 15-19 from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m.
The STEM (science, technology, engineering, math) camps will be held for two consecutive weeks and run by Mr. Isaacs, St. Benedict School middle school math teacher and STEM program coordinator. Each week will be filled with different STEM-based activities and projects tailored for students in grades 1-8.
STEM camp is $250 per week, or a discounted rate of $450 for two weeks, being offered on July 15-18 and July 22-25 from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m.
All camps will be held on the St. Benedict School campus located at 165 Bethany Road, Holmdel. These camps are open to everyone, not just St. Benedict School students!
