The John P. Stevens High School Lab Jazz Band and Jazz Ensemble have been selected to compete at the NJAJE State Finals, which will be held at 5 p.m. on April 27 at the school, 855 Grove Ave., Edison.
The school’s Wind Ensemble will perform at the N.J. State Gala, schedule for May 5 at Bridgewater-Raritan High School.
John P. Stevens High School is one 98 schools across the country to receive the Support Music Merit Award from the NAMM Foundation for its commitment to music education, for the third straight year.
