‘Friends of Library’ slates book sale May 20 and 21

The Friends of the Edison Public Library, a nonprofit organization, will hold its annual spring book sale from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. May 20 and noon to 4 p.m. May 21 at the North Edison Library, 777 Grove Ave. Guests can browse through gently used paperback and hardcover books of various genres (mystery, romance, science fiction, etc.), including nonfiction. There will be plenty of books available for children and young adults as well. Most books are priced at under $2. Volunteers are needed for the event itself and for other activities before and after the sale.

Donations of children’s books are also needed.
