Hillsborough restaurants will be participating in a week-long event this month to showcase cuisines for local foodies.
Local eateries will partake in the event, from Aug. 20-25.
“We are excited to announce our second annual Hillsborough Restaurant Week,” Hillsborough Township Mayor Frank DelCore said in a statement. “Hillsborough Restaurant Week is an extraordinary way for local food establishments to show off their unique dishes while promoting their business and for patrons to support local businesses within our community.”
Hillsborough Restaurant Week will feature local dine-in and take-out restaurants as well as some popular chains. Restaurateurs will offer specials that promote some of the most delicious selections including pre-fixed menu dishes, daily combo specials and daily or weekly special menu items that represent unique recipes.
Residents are invited to enjoy Restaurant Week at food establishments participating from across Hillsborough Township.
For an up-to-date list of participating restaurants, please visit www.hillsboroughbusiness.org. Prix-fixed and special menus will also be available to view on that site.
Officials said to make sure to check back frequently as additions are made. Reservations are strongly recommended. The Restaurant Week offerings cannot be combined with any other special offers or discounts.
