PRINCETON POLICE BLOTTER: Feb. 24

  • Vandals used a set of fire escape stairs to climb to the top of a building in the first block of Nassau Street and then spray-painted graffiti on the roof. They went into an elevator shaft room on the roof of the building and dumped a 5-gallon bucket of oil down the north side of the building onto the first-floor roof. The incident was reported at 4:30 p.m. Feb. 22. 
  • Nicholas Salamone, 33, of Norristown, Pennsylvania, was arrested on two outstanding warrants from the Jackson and Hillsborough municipal courts, totaling $1,400, following a motor vehicle stop on Nassau Street at 9:50 p.m. Feb. 19. 
  • Michael Smith, 26, of Lawrenceville, was charged with driving while intoxicated following a motor vehicle stop on Nassau Street at 1:15 a.m. Feb. 19. 
  • Ramona Schwab, 55, of Princeton, was charged with driving while intoxicated following an accident on Cleveland Lane at 8:07 p.m. Feb. 18. 
  • Someone passed a fake $10 bill in the cafeteria at Princeton High School on Moore Street at 12:56 p.m. Feb. 18. The bill was turned over to an employee, and police were called. 
  • Richard Broadway, 27, of Princeton, was arrested on an outstanding warrant for $114 from Princeton Municipal Court following a motor vehicle stop on Nassau Street at 10:48 a.m. Feb. 18. 
  • Douglas Randells, 35, of Camden, was arrested on outstanding warrants totaling $998 from the Camden and Collingswood municipal courts following a motor vehicle stop on Mercer Street at 8:24 a.m. Feb. 18. 
  • Shantice Jones, 23, of Hightstown, was arrested on an outstanding warrant for $250 from Elizabeth Municipal Court following a motor vehicle stop on Harrison Street at 11:35 a.m. Feb. 17. 
  • Wolff Mamouzette, 46, of Union, was arrested on an outstanding warrant for $350 from Newark Municipal Court following a motor vehicle stop on Princeton-Kingston Road at 8:33 p.m. Feb.16. 
