PRINCETON POLICE BLOTTER: April 14

  • A Princeton resident reported that someone filed a tax return using his name and Social Security number. The incident of identity theft was reported at 5:18 p.m. April 11. 
  • A complaint of harassment was reported at 8:10 p.m. April 10 by a Princeton woman who told police an acquaintance came to her home and made alarming comments. The accused was identified, but no complaints were signed. The accused was advised not to return to the residence. 
  •  Terrance Miller, 20, of Princeton, was arrested on an outstanding warrant for $150 from Princeton Municipal Court after he was stopped for jaywalking on State Road at 9:42 p.m. April 9. 
  • A white 2015 Range Rover belonging to a Rosedale Road resident was reported stolen from the victim’s driveway between 8 p.m. April 8 and 7 p.m. April 9. The motor vehicle theft case has been turned over to the Detective Bureau. 
  •  Andrew Nelson, 33, of Trenton, was charged with disorderly conduct after he was involved in a dispute in the first block of Nassau Street at 4:08 p.m. April 8. 
  • Nicole Titus, 34, of Riegelsville, Pennsylvania, was charged with driving while intoxicated at 11:12 a.m. April 8 after a caller reported an erratic driver on Washington Road. She was also found to have an outstanding warrant for $120 from Perth Amboy Municipal Court. 
  •  Joseph Peeples, 57, of Lawrence Township, was arrested on an outstanding warrant for $100 from Lawrence Township Municipal Court after police stopped him on Paul Robeson Place at 10:15 a.m. April 8 for failure to display the name and town of a business on a commercial vehicle and for having tinted windows on his vehicle. 
  • Limberth Vazquez, 18, of Somerset, was charged with possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia after he was stopped on Witherspoon Street at 11:48 p.m. April 7 for a maintenance of lamps violation. 
  • Someone tried to defraud a business on the first block of Hulfish Street by sending a deceiving email to the company, requesting a wire transfer. No money was lost and the incident, which was reported at 2:22 p.m. April 7, was turned over to the Detective Bureau for further investigation. 
  •  Police were sent to a business at the Princeton Shopping Center on North Harrison Street to investigate a business dispute at 6:12 p.m. April 6, after an employee reported feeling harassed by a customer. The employee did not wish to file a complaint, and the customer left the business. 
  • Allan Waugh, 33, of Trenton, was arrested on outstanding warrants totaling $2,367 from the Trenton and Hamilton municipal courts after he was stopped on Mercer Street at 10:38 a.m. April 6 for operating an unregistered motor vehicle. A passenger in his car, Paris Griffin, 23, of Trenton was also arrested on an outstanding warrant for $600 from Burlington Township Municipal Court. Mr. Waugh was turned over to the Trenton Police Department because he was unable to post bail. 
  • Someone spray painted the word “Trump” on a tree and “Kanye 2016” on a utility pole on Spring Street. The incident, which has been turned over to the Detective Bureau, was reported at 9:22 a.m. April 6.
  •  Francisco Rodriguez, 39, of Camden, was arrested on an outstanding warrant for $750 from Pennsauken Municipal Court after he was stopped for speeding on State Road at 11:38 p.m. April 5. 
