Part of a garden located between the recreation building and the Witherspoon Hall municipal building is named for town engineer Robert V. Kiser, who is retiring in July. Called “Kiser’s Korner,” co-workers, elected officials and friends gathered in the garden for a ceremony Wednesday to pay tribute to Mr. Kiser.
