On May 17 at 8:38 p.m. patrolling officer Vincent Amabile performed a random license plate inquiry on a 1999 Jeep on Route 29 near Church Road. He saw that the registered owner had a warrant out for her arrest from Pennington.
The driver matched the basic description of the owner, police said, and the officer stopped the vehicle. While speaking with the driver, who was confirmed as the owner, Brooke A. Beck, 25, of Aquetong Lane, Ewing, he told her of the pending warrant. She was released after posting bail.
