HILLSBOROUGH: Two children taken to hospital after crash  

Two juveniles were taken to the hospital at about noon Tuesday after two autos crashed at the intersection of Auten and New Amwell roads.
Police said a 2013 Chrysler Town & Country van driven by Laura Oram, 44, of Hillsborough was headed east on New Amwell when her vehicle collided with a northbound 2012 Subaru Forester on Auten Road. Police responded at 11:41 a.m.
Hillsborough Rescue Squad took two juveniles in Ms. Oram’s vehicle were taken to Robert Wood Johnson Medical Center in New Brunswick for treatment and evaluation, police said.
John Rommel, 65, of Hillsborough was the driver of the Subaru. Police said he was taken the Hillsborough Rescue Squad to the Somerville campus of Robert Wood Johnson for treatment and evaluation.
