EAST WINDSOR: Police Blotter, for the week Aug. 12-18

   The East Windsor Township Police Department initiated the following police reports through Wednesday, Aug. 3, 2016.
   Kyrie N. Choice, 20, of East Windsor, was charged with theft, filing a false report and obstructing justice after an incident at 9:52 p.m. July 30 at the Speedway Gas Station on Route 33.
   Officers responded to the Speedway Gas Station for an employee reporting that he was robbed and $316 cash and an I-phone was stolen. Further investigation revealed that the employee was making a false report and was responsible for stealing the money from the business. The employee was arrested and later released pending court action.
   The victim reported that someone stole his framing nailer, valued at $426.93, from the rear of his opened work van at 3:12 p.m. July 31 while he was doing nearby construction on Convington Drive.
