PRINCETON POLICE BLOTTER: Sept. 7

  • Wayne Julien, 59, of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, was arrested on an outstanding warrant for $158 from Woodbridge Municipal Court after he was stopped for speeding on State Road at 10:52 p.m. Sept. 5. 
  • Sean Casey, 58, of Langhorne, Pennsylvania, was arrested on multiple outstanding warrants from several jurisdictions that totaled $2,735 after he was stopped for driving with a suspended registration on State Road at 8:21 a.m. Sept. 3. 
  • Someone stole an air monitor, used to measure dust particles in the air, from the AvalonBay parking garage. The monitor is valued at $5,000. The theft was reported at 3:44 p.m. Sept. 2. 
  • Ariel Llaurador, 30, of Lakewood, was arrested on an outstanding warrant for $309 from Wall Township Municipal Court after he was stopped on Lawrenceville Road at 1:28 p.m. Sept. 2 for speeding, not wearing a seatbelt and having improper license plates. 
  • Leonid Zakrewsky, 63, of Princeton, was arrested on an outstanding warrant for $1,000 from South Brunswick Township Municipal Court after he was stopped on Princeton-Kingston Road for driving with a flat tire at 7:26 a.m. Sept. 2. He was also found to be a wanted person by the Somerset County Sheriff’s Office, and was turned over to that agency. 
  • Lena Mitchell, 58, of Hightstown, was arrested on an outstanding warrant for $164 from East Windsor Municipal Court after she was stopped for a maintenance of lamps violation on Prospect Avenue at 3:40 p.m. Aug. 31. She was also charged with hindering apprehension for allegedly giving police a false name. 
  • A bicycle valued at $300 was reported stolen from the Princeton Public Library on Witherspoon Street on Aug. 27. The bicycle was not locked. The theft was reported at 8:06 p.m. Aug. 31. 
