POLICE BLOTTER for the week of 10/21/16

The East Windsor Township Police Department initiated the following police reports through Wednesday, Oct. 12, 2016. 
Kai R. Black-Boulware, 23, of Princeton Junction, was charged with DUI, reckless driving and careless driving; and Fotios Gritsipis, 35 of East Windsor, was charged with disorderly conduct after an incident at 1:55 a.m. Oct. 6 on Hickory Corner Road.
Officers responded to the parking lot of Wawa on a report of a dispute. Upon arrival they observed a male and female arguing. The investigation revealed the female, who had driven to the location, smelled of an alcoholic beverage. Ms. Black-Boulware was given field sobriety tests and arrested for DUI. Mr. Gritsipis was subsequently arrested for disorderly conduct after creating a disturbance in the parking lot. Both individuals were later released pending court action. 
Three vehicle thefts were reported between 3 and 10 p.m. Oct. 9 at Twin Rivers.
Reported stolen were: a blue 2000 Honda Civic on Jamestown Road; a yellow 2004 Suzuki motorcycle on Twin Rivers Drive North; and a white 1999 Ford van on Probasco Road. 
The Hightstown Police Department initiated the following police reports from Oct. 12 through Oct. 15, 2016. 
Cess R. Burton, 37, of Wrightstown, N.J., was arrested Oct. 12 by the Hanover Police Department for an active warrant out of Hightstown Municipal Court. Mr. Burton was later transported to the Mercer County Adult Correctional Facility, in lieu of bail. 
Craig D. Swiney, 54, of the 500 Block of South Main Street, Hightstown, was arrested Oct. 12 for an active warrant out of Bordentown Township Municipal Court, during the course of a motor vehicle stop on Stockton Street. Mr. Swiney was transported to headquarters, booked, processed, and released after he posted bail. 
Herbert Gonzalez-Larsen, 44, of Riverdale, was arrested Oct. 14 for an active warrant out of Carteret Municipal Court, during the course of a motor vehicle stop on Cranbury-Station Road, in Hightstown. Mr. Gonzalez-Larsen was transported to the station, booked, processed, and released after he posted bail. 
Philemon Pierresaint, 31, of Newark, was arrested Oct. 14 by the Newark Police Department for an active warrant out of Hightstown Municipal Court. Mr. Pierresaint was transported to the Mercer County Adult Correctional Facility, in lieu of bail. 
Shawn C. Mahmood, 19, of Piscataway, was arrested Oct. 15 for possession of less than 50 grams of marijuana, and possession of drug paraphernalia, during the course of a motor vehicle stop on South Main Street. Mr. Mahmood was transported to headquarters, booked, processed, and later released on a complaint summons. 
Qwanza R. Harper, 23, of East Windsor, was in custody Oct. 15 of the Middlesex County Jail on an active warrant out of Hightstown Municipal Court. Mr. Harper was transported to the Mercer County Adult Correctional Facility, in lieu of bail. 
