The East Windsor Township Police Department initiated the following police reports through Wednesday, Sept. 28, 2016.
A complainant reported that someone keyed his vehicle between the hours of 9 and 9:30 p.m. Sept. 24, while it was parked at Walmart. The damage was estimated at $500.00.
A complainant reported at 2:25 p.m. Sept. 25 that while hosting a small gathering of people at a residence at Gardenview Terrance, one of the guests is believed to have stolen an Apple iPad valued at $700.
A 17-year-old juvenile male and a 16-year-old juvenile male, both of East Windsor, were each charged with possession of less than 50 grams of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia after an incident at 3:02 p.m. Sept. 26 on Edison Drive.
An officer responded to a rear parking lot on Edison Drive to check on a suspicious occupied vehicle. Upon arrival the officer met with the occupants and discovered they were in possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia. Two of the occupants were arrested and later released pending court action.
A complainant reported at 1:02 p.m. Sept. 27 that an unknown person stole scrap metal from the back of a truck parked on the former Elementis property on Wycoffs Mill Road. The scrap metal was valued at $7,000.
Residents of Dickenson Lane, Frost Lane and Building 51 of Windsor Regency reported that sometime between 5 p.m. on Sept. 27 and 8 a.m. on Sept. 28, unknown actors entered an unlocked vehicles and stole personal property from within.
Taken from vehicle one, a 2013 Honda Odyssey on Dickenson Lane, were two Coach wallets valued at $100 each, a Coach watch valued at $100 and $2 in cash.
Taken from vehicle two, a 2008 Honda Pilot at Windsor Regency, were a leather wallet valued at $40, Ray Ban sunglasses values at $200 and $60 in cash.
Taken from vehicle three, a 2011 Toyota Sienna on Frost Lane, were a Calvin Klein purse values at $100, a radar detector valued at $300 and $40 cash.
A complainant reported that sometime between 5:30 and 9 p.m. on Sept. 28, someone forced entry into her locked vehicle. A bank debit card and $70 cash were taken.
The Hightstown Police Department initiated the following police reports from Sept. 27 through Oct. 2.
Carlos A. Chacon, 27, of the 100 Block of Rogers Avenue, was transported Sept. 27 from the Mercer County Adult Correctional Center to Mercer County Adult Correctional Facility, in lieu of bail, for an active warrant out of the Hightstown Borough Municipal Court.
Eric H. Ross, 31, of East Windsor, was arrested Sept. 27 for an active warrant out of the Hightstown Borough Municipal Court, during the course of a motor vehicle stop on Dutch Neck Road. Mr. Ross was transported to headquarters, booked, processed, photographed, and later released after he posted bail.
Francis Kioko, 54, of Princeton, was arrested Sept. 27 at his residence, in Princeton, for an incident that occurred inside a local business on Main Street. Mr. Kioko was charged with criminal attempt of a sex assault, criminal restraint, simple assault, resisting arrest, and failing to provide a DNA sample as required by statute. Mr. Kioko was processed, booked, and photographed at the Hightstown Police Department, and later committed to the Mercer County Adult Correctional Facility, in lieu of bail.
A resident in Hightstown reported Sept. 28 that her vehicle was burglarized. The resident stated that her vehicle was parked on Perry L. Drew Place, between the hours of 8 p.m. Sept. 27 and 6:30 a.m. Sept. 28. If anyone has information regarding this incident, please contact the Hightstown Police Department.
Carlos E. Maldonado, 45, of Robbinsville, was arrested Sept. 29 for an active warrant out of South Bound Brook Municipal Court, during the course of a motor vehicle stop on South Main Street. Mr. Maldonado was transported to headquarters, booked, processed, photographed, and later released on his own recognizance.
Shaniece M. Whiting, 35, of Freehold, was arrested Oct. 1 for an active warrant out of the Monmouth County Sheriff’s Department, during the course of a motor vehicle stop Franklin Street. Ms. Whiting was transported to headquarters, book, processed, photographed, and later released to the custody of the Monmouth County Sheriff’s Officers.
Mikolaj Wilkowski, 22, of Newtown, PA, was arrested Oct. 2 for possession of less than 50 grams of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of a controlled dangerous substance, and DWI. Mr. Wilkoswki was transported to headquarters, booked, processed, photographed, and later released with a pending court date.
