Elisa Eke, 49, of Lake Hiawatha, was arrested on an outstanding warrant for $767 from Montgomery Township Municipal Court following a motor vehicle stop on Washington Road for multiple violations at 4:37 a.m. Oct. 10. She was turned over to the Montgomery Township Police Department.
Some change and a Princeton parking smart card were stolen from an unlocked car that was parked on Westcott Road overnight between Oct. 6 and Oct. 7. The burglary and theft incident was reported at 10:40 a.m. Oct. 10.
Amanda Smock, 28, and Julissa Santiago, 43, both of Trenton, were arrested on outstanding warrants following a random license plate inquiry on Mercer Street at 7:19 a.m. Oct. 10. Ms. Smock was found to have a $350 warrant from Hamilton Township Municipal Court, and Ms. Santiago was found to be a wanted person from the Bucks County (Pennsylvania) Sheriff’s Office. She also had outstanding warrants totaling $3,500 from Trenton Municipal Court. Ms. Smock was turned over to the Hamilton Township Police Department and Ms. Santiago was turned over to the Bucks County Sheriff’s Office.
Joseph Cretella, 27, of Hamilton, was charged with driving while intoxicated following a motor vehicle stop for careless driving on Mercer Road at 1:14 a.m. Oct. 9. He was released with a pending court date.
Oscar Lichen, 19, of Howell, and Zachary Wilson, 19, of Norwalk, Connecticut, were charged with possession of less than 50 grams of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia after police investigated a suspicious vehicle in Smoyer Park on Snowden Lane at 11:30 p.m. Oct. 9. Mr. Lichen was also charged with tampering with public records when he was discovered to have a fake driver’s license in his possession. Both were released with a pending court date.
Chad Ansell, 20, of Nanjemoy, Maryland, was charged with tampering with public records when he was found to have a fake driver’s license in his possession after police were called to the Ivy Inn on Nassau Street for a report of an underage person with a fake driver’s license at 1:16 a.m. Oct. 8. He was released with a pending court date.
A wallet and credit cards were stolen from an unlocked car that was parked on Westcott Road overnight between Oct. 6 and Oct. 7. The credit cards were later found to have been used fraudulently. The incident was reported at 2:35 p.m. Oct. 7.

David Asuncion-Cruz, 19, of Lawrenceville, was charged with defiant trespass after police were called to investigate a trespasser in the 100 block of Nassau Street at 6:38 p.m. Oct. 5. A 15-year-old juvenile was also taken into custody and charged with disorderly conduct, and released to a guardian.
A burglar opened an unlocked rear door at a Clarke Court home and stole an Apple Macbook Pro laptop computer valued at $1,000. The burglary and theft occurred between 10 p.m. Oct. 4 and 6:45 a.m. Oct. 5.
